PAUL BEECH
Phone: 650-776-3160
Email: beech.paul@hotmail.com

Paul began weight lifting after studying Muay Thai for two years and being introduced to barbell training as a way to improve his strength and performance. After seeing the positive results, he was hooked on this overlooked and often misunderstood area of health and fitness. After Paul moved to California from England he began a career as a personal trainer and soon began to focus on coaching people on using barbells. Movements like the squat, deadlift, overhead press and the olympic lifts will yield health benefits that endless curls, crunches and hours on the treadmill just cannot give. He is a certified USAW sports performance coach and an ACT certified personal trainer.

Education/Background
- USAW sports performance coach
