She works with all fitness abilities and desires to meet your goals in a fun, supportive environment. You can expect to get a personalized work out that will strengthen your balance, speed, agility, endurance, and all while making your specific goals top priority. As a competitive and recreational athlete, she can meet sports specific training needs or just help with that weight loss goal! Lauren guarantees to challenge you but still keep you smiling! :)

Vicki is a fitness expert with 25 years of extensive and diverse experience. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and Health Fitness Director. She also holds certifications as a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist and TRX Suspension Training. Vicki specializes in functional training, core strength and stability, and flexibility. She has a background in medical fitness working with injury corrective exercises. As an avid biker, climber, downhill and backcountry skier, golfer, kayaker, tennis player and yoga practitioner, she is able to deliver results for desired activities.

Fana Fuqua is a Bay area native who has an extensive background in age group, high school, collegiate, masters and international athletics as an athlete and coach. She works with clientele looking to achieve fitness through hard work and fun. Her specialties include small groups as well as personal fitness. Fana believes that variety is the best way to approach fitness goals. Some of her group fitness classes include indoor cycling, core work, adult swim fitness, outdoor cycling sessions, Mom's and Kids boot camp as well as sports conditioning for adults. For personal clients she takes the variety of her group trainings and caters it to the clients needs. Personal clients include: Bride and Groom to be, retirees, business persons, athletes and full time moms. Fana hopes to add Wilderness First Responder to her current certifications in the near future. When not with clients, you can find her in a pool coaching or playing water polo, cycling through the hills of Silicon Valley, rock climbing or planning her next trip to with the REI Outdoor School or Adventures.
