Fitness Classes at PG San Francisco

Planet Granite San Francisco has a variety of fitness classes from Functional Fitness to Abs n Core! These classes are available and suitable for all levels!

Abs & Core
Abs and Core is a challenging and fast-paced one hour Pilates-based core conditioning class.  This class will not only strengthen the core muscle groups of your body, but will improve your balance and flexibility on the climbing wall as well as in your other athletic pursuits. We utilize foam rollers and stability balls and combine high numbers of reps with very little rest between exercises to ensure that you will sweat and work every minute! Many exercises include modifications for those who are struggling, or those who want an increased challenge, so everyone is welcome, no matter what your level of fitness. You will notice a positive difference in your core strength if you attend consistently for a couple of months!

Functional Fitness & Cross Training
This is a high-intensity, metabolic and gymnastic workout that is designed to increase strength, flexibility and cardio. Fundamentals class is required before attendance. Please see instructor for details.

Foam Roller
This class will teach you how to use the foam roller for myofascial release, self-massage, and as a tool to improve your flexibility and core stability.  All levels welcome.  We’ll provide the foam rollers.  You’ll feel great after this class!

Kickboxing Conditioning
KickBoxing Conditioning This high intensity class incorporates boxing conditioning including punching and kicking techniques with bag work (combinations and power). You will experience a cardiovascular work-out during shadowboxing and bag work as well as strengthening for the upper and lower extremities and core. All levels welcome.
