Fitness Classes at PG San Francisco
Planet Granite San Francisco has a variety of fitness classes from CrossFit to Abs n Core! These classes are available and suitable for all levels!

Abs & Core
Abs and Core is a challenging and fast-paced one hour Pilates-based core conditioning class. This class will not only strengthen the core muscle groups of your body, but will improve your balance and flexibility on the climbing wall as well as in your other athletic pursuits. We utilize foam rollers and stability balls and combine high numbers of reps with very little rest between exercises to ensure that you will sweat and work every minute! Many exercises include modifications for those who are struggling, or those who want an increased challenge, so everyone is welcome, no matter what your level of fitness. You will notice a positive difference in your core strength if you attend consistently for a couple of months!
Boxing Conditioning
This high intensity class incorporates traditional boxing conditioning including punching techniques and bag work (combinations and drills), pushups, jump rope, abwork as well as plyometrics, balance and core fitness for a challenging and fun workout. All levels welcome.
CrossFit
CrossFit is a high-intensity, metabolic and gymnastic workout that is
designed to increase strength, flexibility and cardio. CrossFit Foundations course required for participation. Please see instructor for

CrossFit with Gymnastics Emphasis
Learn proper technique for handstands, presses, cartwheels and basic tumbling. Strengthen your core, improve your balance, body awareness and increase your mobility while learning basic gymnastics movements. Gymnastics is a fantastic athletic base for climbers. CrossFit Foundations course required for participation. Please see instructor for details.
Fast Interval Training
This class will help to improve endurance, build stamina and tone up
your legs and core with intervals of high intensity cardio, lunges and
squats, balance exercise and core work. Planks, push-ups and core
exercises will be included, so bring a yoga mat.
Foam Roller
This class will teach you how to use the foam roller for myofascial release, self-massage, and as a tool to improve your flexibility and core stability. All levels welcome. We’ll provide the foam rollers. You’ll feel great after this class!
*CrossFit classes require students to be CrossFit Ready or take our CrossFit Fundamentals Program.
