Yoga Warm Up for Climbers

Warming up is a key part of climbing that is too easily over looked. Warming up can help prevent injuries and allow you to climb harder! In this week’s Tip of the Week, Jeff walks us through a couple of yoga poses to help warm up your shoulders for climbing.
