We got you. Join Mark and Jason for some lat shredding and tear shedding while they get you ready for the fall bouldering season. This 6 week training session is a systemized approach to strength and power training focused on getting you ready for your projects in Bishop, The Valley and beyond. Every climber will take away an individualized training regimen as well as the tools needed to tailor training to fit upcoming trips and projects.

The idea behind the session is that power is most quickly achieved through intense, isolated training. Six weeks are broken down to increase from conditioning to targeted training on the hangboard, campus board and system wall. All that will be left is the minor detail of casually sending those long standing projects.

Pre-reqs: Climb V4 or 5.11b comfortably. No current finger, shoulder or elbow injuries.
