JULY TRAINING TIPS AT PG SF!
Join us at PG San Francisco for 6 awesome tips on climbing!  Covering everything from how to climb slab to helping setter Ivan grade routes, our experienced staff will give you advice on how to improve your overall technique.  Not in San Francisco?  No worries!  PG Sunnyvale is offering Obscure Climbing Techniques on Tuesday July 19th!  (Think kneebars, heel toe cams, and more!)

Ever wonder how those people make that burly problem look effortless? Join Jeremy and focus some energy on those things in your shoes. Give those forearms a rest for once.

Eliot will be going over some basic hand jamming and foot placement techniques to help keep those bloody knuckles and blackened toenails down to the bare minimum.

Spotting & Pad Placement with Steve
A good spotter is sometimes hard to find. Steve will help you join the minority with some useful tips on this often overlooked skill.

Wrong handed again? Perhaps a little advanced planning is in order. Join Jeremy for a lesson in unlocking the puzzle before your feet even leave the floor.

Route Grading with Ivan
Join Ivan to help grade a recent set of boulder problems. Learn how the setting team runs each problem and determines the V-Grade. What are the things that turn that V3 into a V4 classic?
