PG SAN FRANCISCO POP-UP ROOF

View from the back, before the pop-upConcrete Boom Pump

The left picture shows the before construction of the pop-up roof. Notice hows there's no hole? Leave it to Micky of Planet Granite to come up with cutting a huge hole in the top to make for higher climbing. The right picture is of a concrete boom pump that is pumping concrete onto the roof of the building before the pop-up could be constructed.

Front of the Gym with the new pop-up roof.
The roll-up door in the middle will allow climbers to see views of the Bay and Alcatraz. There will be another roll-up door on the North side that allows for views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
The left picture shows the rear of the gym, again with the same feature.
This is also the outside view of what will be the main entrance.

VIew of the pop-up Roof (left) from the top of the PG SF building. This is the aforementioned roll-up
door that will give the climber views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
The pop-up width shown here is 26 feet, and covers a hole that is 48 feet long.
To give you a sense of size, the right picture is a scissor lift
extended up into the roof, for a total of 45 feet of high climbing!
There will be both top rope and steep lead climbs into this area and includes easily accessible walls
that climb up to views of the Golden Gate Bridge!
